New Delhi: Following the devastating fire at a Goa nightclub, the government has taken a tough stance. Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has ordered the demolition of the nightclub. The Romia Lane Beach Club, owned by the Luthra brothers, is likely to be bulldozed soon.

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has issued orders to demolish the nightclub. The previous day, the police had issued an Interpol notice against the club's two owners, Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra.

After the Goa fire tragedy, the two club owners fled to Thailand via Delhi. Their names are now on Interpol's list. The police are trying to bring them back to India.

Chief Minister's Office Issues Order
According to the Goa Chief Minister's Office (CMO), Interpol has issued a Blue Corner Notice against the Luthra brothers. CM Sawant has ordered the North Goa district administration to demolish the nightclub.

According to a senior official from the Chief Minister's Office, "The nightclub was illegally constructed on government land. It will be demolished on Tuesday. The district administration has made all the necessary arrangements."

25 People Died
25 people, including 5 tourists, lost their lives in the Goa fire tragedy. Sparks from electric firecrackers came into contact with the wooden ceiling of the club, causing the fire to spread rapidly. Many people ran to the basement to save themselves, where there was no ventilation. As a result, 21 people died due to suffocation.

Police Take Action
Following the fire, Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant ordered a thorough investigation. The Goa police have arrested several accused. However, the club owners have fled the country, and efforts are underway to bring them back.
