LS polls: 56.84% percent voter turnout in UP's 13 constituencies in final phase
Around 56.84% percentage voting turnout in 13 seats in Uttar Pradesh for final phase of general elections on Sunday.
Lucknow: Around 56.84% percentage voting turnout in 13 seats in Uttar Pradesh for final phase of general elections on Sunday.
The constituencies voted in the final phase were: Maharajganj, Gorakhpur, Kushinagar, Deoria, Basgaon, Ghosi, Salempur, Ballia, Ghazipur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Mirzapur and Robertsganj.

Polling sealed the fate of 167 candidates, including 13 women in the elections. The epicentre of the campaigning in this phase was Varanasi, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the candidate of the BJP while another one is Gorakhpur, where the stake of UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath would be decided.
Around 1.12 lakh polling personnel were deployed.Over 2 lakh security personnel have been deployed in 13 Lok Sabha seats in Poorvanchal area of UP for the seventh and last phase.
