Shweta Singh was appointed as Samajwadi Party women wing president on February 21, 2016.
Lucknow: Samajwadi Party women wing president Shweta Singh on Tuesday has resigned from the party.
She had contested the election in recently concluded polls from Lucknow East seat.
She was appointed to the post on February 21, 2016.
