SC Collegium recommends transfer of Andhra Pradesh Chief Justice JK Maheshwari to Sikkim HC.
New Delhi: SC Collegium recommends transfer of Andhra Pradesh Chief Justice JK Maheshwari to Sikkim HC & transfer of Sikkim HC Chief Justice AK Goswami to Andhra Pradesh HC as Chief Justice. It also recommends transfer of Telangana HC Chief Justice RS Chauhan as Chief Justice of U'khand HC.
SC Collegium also recommends the appointment of Delhi High Court Justice Hima Kohli as Chief Justice of Telangana.
