Weather Update: IMD predicts light rainfall in Delhi

Residents of Delhi on Saturday woke up to overcast conditions as the India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted very light rainfall or drizzle during the daytime.

New Delhi: Residents of Delhi on Saturday woke up to overcast conditions as the India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted very light rainfall or drizzle during the daytime.

The minimum temperature in the National capital settled at 24.6 degrees, whereas the relative humidity at 8.30 a.m. was recorded at 85 per cent. “The maximum temperature is likely to settle at 33 degree Celsius on Saturday”, said the IMD.

According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) the Air quality index (AIQ) remained in the moderate category in most places on Saturday morning. However the Air quality index (AIQ) in Anand Vihar remained unhealthy at 158 at 10:00 am. (UNI)
