Oats Porridge

Boil 1/2 cup oats in 1 cup milk or water. Add honey, chopped fruits (like banana or apple) and some dry fruits on top.

Omelette Toast

Take 3-4 egg whites, add onion, tomato, green chilli and fry it. Have a multigrain toast with it.

Moong Dal Cheela

Grind soaked moong dal in a mixer, add finely chopped onion, green chilli and spices to it. Cook on a pan without oil or a bit of oil.

Vegetable Sandwich

Apply hung curd on bread, put vegetables like cucumber, tomato, capsicum. You can also add some cheese if you want.

Fruit + Nut Smoothie

Make a smoothie by mixing 1 banana, 1/2 cup curd, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon oats and some almonds or chia seeds in a blender.

Poha

Wash and keep aside the poha. Lightly fry it with onions, chillies, mustard seeds, turmeric and peanuts. Garnish with lemon and coriander.

Upma

Fry semolina, then cook with mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions and vegetables. Add hot water and ready in a few minutes.

Peanut Butter Toast

Apply peanut butter on toasted bread and place sliced bananas on top. You can also sprinkle a little cinnamon if you want.

Trail Mix + Fruit Bowl

Mix chopped fruits like apples, bananas, oranges etc. and top with almonds, raisins, walnuts, pumpkin seeds.
