Detox water: It is an infused water that offers several benefits: improves hydration, increases vitamins, enhances digestion, weight loss, and improves skin health.

Tip: drink detox water in an empty stomach, this will kick start metabolism and hydration, and sip thought for general hydration.

Detox water recipes: Lemon, turmeric, ginger water: combine ginger, lemon slices, pinch of turmeric in warm water. It is the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that help brighten the skin.

Cucumber water and mint water: add slices of cucumber and mint leaves to water; Cucumbers provide hydration, and mint reduces bloating; both are beneficial for skin.

Apple cinnamon water: add sliced apple and cinnamon stick to water, this will stabilize the sugar level and, stabilize blood sugar, will reduce acne.

Apple cider vinegar: Mix a tablespoon of vinegar into water, which improves skin clarity.
