Headache: Drink plenty of water, and consider adding a pinch of salt to help alleviate the discomfort. 

Muscle ache: Use a warm bath with Epsom salts, rest, gentle massage with diluted peppermint or essential oils, and do light stretching.

Joint pain or stiffness: Drink turmeric milk or apply a paste with turmeric and warm water. 

Back pain: Alternate cold packs (first 48 hours) with heat packs later, massage with warmed herbal oil. 

Neck and shoulder tension: Gentle neck and shoulder rolls, heat application, and massage using diluted essential oils; stay hydrated and rest from screen use.

Leg cramps: Stretch your muscles before bed, stay well hydrated, and soak in a warm bath.

Stomachache or indigestion: Sip warm water with a pinch of rock salt and ajwain (carom seeds), try chamomile, and avoid overeating.

Nasal headache: Inhale steam with a few drops of eucalyptus oil or steam boiled apple cider vinegar, and rest in a darker room.

Full-body ache: Gently massage sore spots. Stay hydrated and eat light meals.

Mild inflammatory pain: Apple cider vinegar mixed with warm water, plus overall physical activity and stretching.
