Volkswagen Taigun, Virtus Get Benefits Up to ₹1.26 Lakh on MY2025 Models
New Delhi: Volkswagen has ushered in the new year with significant relief for customers in the Indian market. This month, the company is offering significant discounts and attractive benefits on its popular Taigun SUV and Virtus sedan. These offers are applicable only to MY2025 models. These include cash discounts, exchange bonuses, corporate/loyalty benefits, and a scrappage incentive of up to ₹20,000.
The entry-level variants of the Volkswagen Taigun are receiving the highest benefits this month. The Comfortline MT variant is receiving a total benefit of up to ₹1.04 lakh. Additionally, the Highline Plus AT is receiving a discount of up to ₹1 lakh and the GT Line AT is receiving a discount of up to ₹80,000.

An exchange bonus of up to ₹50,000 is also available on the GT Plus Chrome DSG and GT Plus Sport DSG variants with the 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine. The current price of the Taigun starts from ₹11.42 lakh and goes up to ₹19.19 lakh. The company may introduce a facelift version of this SUV by the end of the year.
The entry-level Comfortline MT variant of the Virtus sedan is offering the largest discount of up to ₹1.26 lakh. The Highline Plus AT variant offers benefits of up to ₹1 lakh and the GT Line AT variant offers benefits of up to ₹80,000.
The GT Plus Chrome DSG and GT Plus Sport DSG variants, powered by a 150hp, 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine, are offering an exchange bonus of up to ₹30,000. However, no offer is applicable on the manual gearbox variants of the same engine.

The Virtus is currently priced from ₹11.20 lakh and goes up to ₹18.78 lakh. It competes with the Honda City and Hyundai Verna in the market. According to reports, the facelifted version of the Virtus could also hit the Indian market by the end of the year.
