Mr Arun Bhatnagar is a distinguished former IAS officer of the 1966 batch (Madhya Pradesh cadre), known for his remarkable leadership in public administration, media governance, and diplomacy. A graduate in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, Bhatnagar’s career spans several decades, during which he held various senior positions in Madhya Pradesh and with the Government of India. He is widely remembered for his role as Chairperson of Prasar Bharati, where he oversaw Doordarshan and All India Radio (AIR), driving significant reforms and modernizing India’s Public Broadcasting Sector. His leadership at Prasar Bharati (2008–2009) left a lasting impact on the evolution of Media governance in India. Mr Bhatnagar was Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training and subsequently served as Secretary of the National Advisory Council. His distinguished career also includes serving as Joint Secretary to the President of India, Dr. Shankar Dayal Sharma, and as Minister (Economic) at the High Commission of India in London, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening India’s economic and diplomatic ties. He is the grandson of the eminent scientist Sir Shanti Swarup Bhatnagar, FRS, the architect of the CSIR, adding a legacy of scientific achievement to his distinguished career. Mr Dinesh Tyagi is a former IAS officer of 1981 batch (Manipur-Tripura cadre) with decades of experience in key administrative roles, including Secretary, Education, and Principal Secretary, Finance. At the national level, he served as Director in the Banking Division of the Ministry of Finance. Mr Tyagi is the former Managing Director of Common Services Centres (CSC) e-Governance Services India Ltd., where he led the Digital Seva Portal under the Digital India Programme. The CSC scheme, with over 3.5 lakh centres (including 60,000+ run by women entrepreneurs), provides last-mile digital access and essential services to rural citizens through a unique community-driven model. Currently, Mr Dinesh Tyagi is working to empower rural communities using ICT, and promoting social enterprises focused on inclusive growth. As a member of the Board of Advisors, he brings deep insight into governance, digital innovation, and rural development.

Ms Jyotika Kalra is a Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India and a former Member of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC). Her notable contributions include filing significant Public Interest Litigations (PILs) and raising awareness on gender equality, women’s rights, and social justice. She has been a bold advocate for women’s representation in sectors like the Cine industry and Armed Forces. Kalra has also conducted gender sensitization programs across India and is recognized for her leadership in addressing issues such as sexual harassment, reproductive rights, and child protection. She has received multiple honors, including recognition from the Supreme Court of India and the National Commission for Women. A passionate activist, Ms Jyotika has represented NGOs at international forums and has authored several works on women’s rights and law. She has also served as a part-time lecturer at Delhi University. As a member of the Board of Advisors, Ms Jyotika brings her vast insights of legal expertise to guide Dynamite News in social-legal fields.

Known for his deep expertise in policy-making, governance, and programme implementation, he has served as Secretary to the Government of India, as well as in several other important assignments in Jammu and Kashmir. Mr Agarwal is widely respected for his in-depth knowledge of land administration and has also authored a well-regarded book on land registration, reflecting his commitment to administrative reforms and transparency in public service delivery. Mr Ram Yash Singh is a distinguished former Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of the 1985 batch (Bihar cadre), known for his courageous outlook, sharp administrative acumen, and deep commitment to justice. He is a highly respected name in Bihar’s law enforcement and legal circles. An alumnus of Jain College, Arrah, with a degree in B.Sc., Singh began his policing career in some of Bihar’s most challenging districts. As Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), he led operations in West Champaran (Bettiah), East Champaran (Motihari), and Jehanabad, earning accolades for maintaining law and order and implementing reforms in high-pressure zones. After his IPS career, Mr Ram Yash Singh transitioned seamlessly into the field of law. He is now a Senior Advocate at the Patna High Court, where he continues to contribute to public service through legal advocacy and justice delivery. Dr Singh has held senior positions with prestigious organizations like Times Internet, where he spearheaded digital video and podcast content across multiple Times Group platforms. He also played a pioneering role in launching and managing digital content collaborations with institutions like Harvard India Centre and Columbia University. In his early career, he contributed to the launch and editorial leadership of major News Channels such as Star News, Times Now, News Nation, and News X, apart from impactful reporting with NDTV. Later, transitioning to academia, he helped establish the School of Media at UPES Dehradun as Associate Dean and Professor. Dr Singh is an alumnus of The Doon School and holds a PhD in Communications. He combines academic depth with practical newsroom expertise, making him a valuable guide for shaping the editorial vision and digital strategy of Dynamite News. Dr Shalya Raj is a prestigious educationist, health expert and social reformer, whose field of work is included in various dimensions of education, innovation and public service. As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, she has made several revolutionary efforts such as providing education to rural and deprived sections, empowering women and developing technology -based education system. Dr Raj has received a postgraduate degree in dental surgery and hospital management and is also a gold medalist. She has more than 35 research papers, 9 books, several copyrights and patents. She is particularly known for plans dedicated to daughters and initiatives such as startups operated by students. For her outstanding leadership ability and deep commitment to society, she has received several national and international awards including Times of India Women Achiever Award, International Women's Day Award. She was also highly appreciated for relief work done during Kovid-19. Her contribution to nation building through education and innovation is extremely valuable for the Advisory Board of Dynamite News.

Mr Sushil Kumar Tibrewal is a seasoned social contributor and an esteemed public figure known for his unwavering commitment to civic welfare and spiritual service. With decades of active involvement in public life, he has played a vital role in addressing the social, religious, and developmental needs of various communities across Uttar Pradesh. As a Vice-Chairman of the Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board, Mr Tibrewal enjoyed the prestigious rank of a Minister in the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Born on 1 March 1957 in Siswa Bazar, a town in Maharajganj district UP, he belongs to a family with deep-rooted values and a legacy of social service. His parents, Ms Parmavati Devi and Mr Pitram Tibrewal, were widely known for their philanthropic work. However, the family traces its origins to Jhunjhunu in Rajasthan. As a community leader, Mr Tibrewal has taken numerous initiatives that continue to inspire many. Notably, on 24 March 1979, he founded Shri Durga Temple in Maharajganj district headquarters - a magnificent place of worship that stands as a symbol of spiritual heritage and pride for the region. Throughout his journey, Mr Tibrewal has held several significant positions, including Chairman, Kendriya Upbhokta Sahakari Bhandar Ltd., Maharajganj; Member, Civil Aviation Committee (North Zone); Member, DRUCC, Northern Railway, Lucknow Division; Member, TAC, Gorakhpur.
