Tokyo: Honda unveiled a range of new electric cars at the Japan Mobility Show 2025. At the event, the company showcased several all-electric concept models. The most notable among these is the Honda Super One Prototype, designed for the general public. According to the company, the production model of this compact electric vehicle will be launched in 2026.
The Super One Prototype, less than 3.4 meters long, features a boxy and stylish shape. It is a fully electric hot hatchback and is built on the lightweight N-Series platform, giving it sporty driving dynamics.

The car's design is based on the N-One electric kei car, but features a futuristic body kit and modern LED lights. Round LED headlamps and a wide bumper make it striking. At the rear, two thin LED taillights and a rear windshield wiper are integrated into the large glass section.
The Super One's interior is designed with a driver-centric layout. The steering wheel and dashboard, with blue accents, offer a stylish look. A touchscreen infotainment display sits between the central AC vents, offering a premium feel with its layered design.
The Honda Super One is offered with a special Boost Mode. This mode works with a simulated 7-speed gearbox to simulate the power band of an ICE-powered car when shifting gears. The prototype also features an Active Sound Control system, which generates virtual engine sounds inside the cabin.
This feature gives the driver a driving experience similar to that of a conventional car, even though the car is fully electric.
