He stated that TVS's next major step will be to enter Spain and Portugal. This is a significant shift as TVS no longer wants to be limited to emerging markets but also wants to expand its reach in developed countries.
Sudarshan Venu explained that TVS now has a broad product portfolio that is also suitable for developed countries. Therefore, the company is now working towards expanding into advanced markets. This is part of a long-term strategy to gradually gain a foothold in competitive markets like Europe.

At this year's EICMA 2025, TVS showcased its largest product display ever. The company introduced six new models, including both petrol and electric motorcycles. The "Tangent RR Supersport" model garnered significant attention, showcasing TVS's high-tech and performance capabilities. The "eFX Three O" electric motorcycle concept also showcases the company's vision for the future.
Venu explained that TVS began its European debut in Italy. Italy was chosen because of the strong demand for two-wheelers there. The company will then expand to countries like Spain and Portugal, where demand for scooters and bikes for commuting within cities is growing rapidly.
TVS already has a strong distribution and service network in emerging markets like Africa, Asia, and Latin America. This network helps the company gain a greater foothold in competitive markets like Europe. This network strengthens TVS's global presence.

TVS's two-wheeler exports grew by 22.8% in the 2024-25 fiscal year. Exports increased from 1.01 million units to 1.09 million units. Exports account for approximately 24% of the company's total revenue, with markets like Africa and Latin America playing a particularly important role. TVS's network now spans Latin America, Africa, ASEAN, the Middle East, and South Asia, laying the foundation for the company's next growth phase.
