Muzaffarpur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing a public rally here in Muzaffarpur today on Thursday hit back at LoP Lok Sabha and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi over the 'dance' remark. At the same time Modi equally slammed RJD leader and Mahagathbandhan CM candidate Tejashwi Yadav over his abusive language.

PM Modi said, 'Both of them hurled abuses at Modi non-stop yesterday. Those who are naamdaars will obviously abuse a kaamdaar. They cannot digest their food without it. Abusing Dalits and backward classes is something these naamdaars consider their birthright. They can’t tolerate that a person from a poor, backward family, who once sold tea, has reached this position today.'
PM Modi said, "Your son is busy chanting the praises of Chhathi Maiya, while on the other hand, the Congress and RJD people are busy insulting Chhathi Maiya. Will my mothers of Bihar, who observe a dry fast, tolerate such insult?"
He said that Chhath Puja is the symbol of Bihar's faith, hard work, and motherhood, and its insult is an insult to the entire state. Modi expressed confidence that "the people of Bihar will never forget this insult to Chhathi Maiya."

During his speech, PM Modi also mentioned Muzaffarpur's litchi, Magahi paan, and makhana. He said, "Whenever I come to Muzaffarpur, the sweetness of this place is the first thing that catches my attention. The dialect here is as sweet as the litchi of Muzaffarpur."
Modi said that his government is continuously working towards women empowerment. He stated that houses were given in the names of sisters under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), and that so far, 10,000 rupees each have been transferred to the accounts of 12 million women so that they can start self-employment.
PM Modi said that the Congress-RJD alliance is a forced alliance. He quipped that their relationship is "like oil and water, which can never mix."
Modi said that internal conflicts continue between the RJD and Congress, but they have come together for power. He alleged that "their only aim is to loot Bihar."
