Major reshuffle in Jaipur Municipal Corporation (Img- Pinterest)
Jaipur: A major administrative reshuffle has taken place in the Jaipur Municipal Corporation, with departments and zone responsibilities of 14 senior officers changed with immediate effect.
The order was issued on June 28 by Additional Commissioner Narendra Kumar Bansal. According to the order, the reshuffle has been carried out in view of administrative convenience and to make the functioning of the civic body more effective, transparent and streamlined.
Under the new work allocation, several important zones of the municipal corporation have received new Deputy Commissioners. Manmohan Sharma has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Sanganer Zone, while Dilip Singh has been given charge of Vidyadhar Nagar Zone. Shraddha Singh has been appointed Deputy Commissioner of Murlipura Zone, and Bijendra Singh has been given charge of Adarsh Nagar Zone.
Pawan Kumar Sharma has been assigned dual responsibility as Deputy Commissioner of Jhotwara and Vaishali Nagar zones. Pawan Meena has been appointed Deputy Commissioner of Kishanpol Zone, while Tanuja Salanki has been given charge of Hawa Mahal-Amer Zone.
At the headquarters level, Seema Chaudhary has been assigned the Personnel Branch. Mamta Nagar will look after the Animal Management Branch, while Manisha Yadav has been given charge of Health-II. Anita Mittal has been assigned the Stores Branch.
Karni Singh has been given responsibility for General Administration, Coordination and government as well as non-government events. Kavita Chaudhary has been assigned Planning-I and the Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Redressal branch.
Aparna Sharma has been assigned responsibilities related to Jagatpura Zone and Jhalana Zone.
