Lucknow: A shocking triple tragedy in Uttar Pradesh’s Lucknow has raised several questions after an ICICI Bank relationship manager was allegedly shot dead by her husband outside her workplace. The accused, who was also a banker, later allegedly killed himself and his sister, leaving behind a disturbing WhatsApp status that has become a crucial part of the investigation.
The incident took place outside an ICICI Bank branch in Lucknow, where the victim worked as a relationship manager. According to police, her husband was allegedly waiting nearby in an auto.
As soon as she stepped out of her car, he allegedly opened fire on her. The sudden attack shocked people present at the spot.
After the shooting, the accused reportedly uploaded a WhatsApp status mentioning allegations against his wife and referring to his own suicide and his sister.
The message has become an important piece of evidence as investigators try to understand what triggered the crime.
Police officials said the couple had been facing personal issues. Later reports suggested that divorce proceedings between the two were also underway.
Investigators are examining the couple’s relationship, personal disputes and claims made in the WhatsApp message to determine the motive behind the killings.

ADCP East Amol Murkut said the couple had some issues and further investigation is underway.
