Lucknow: A court has delivered a major ruling regarding a fraud case filed in Lucknow by Bhanvi Singh-the wife of Uttar Pradesh's influential political strongman and chief of the Jansatta Dal, Raja Bhaiya.

Case to be Registered Against 4 Accused Individuals

The court ordered the registration of a case and the initiation of an investigation against four accused individuals, including MLC Akshay Pratap Singh. The court directed the Inspector of Hazratganj to register a case against Akshay Pratap Singh, Rohit Pratap Singh, Anil Singh, and Ramdev Yadav in this matter and to initiate appropriate legal proceedings.

What is the Full Case?

According to the petition filed by Bhanvi Singh, this case revolves around a partnership firm and assets worth crores of rupees. On February 10, 2014, Bhanvi Singh established a partnership firm, in whose name assets worth approximately ₹5 crore were registered.

Manipulation of Documents and Forgery

It is alleged that Akshay Pratap Singh and his associates conspired to alter the firm's official address in November 2020, registering their own private residence as the new address. The petition states that documents were manipulated and forged with the specific intent of usurping the valuable assets registered in the firm's name.

In fact, a legal battle regarding this case-specifically the attempt to usurp the firm through fraudulent documents-had been ongoing for quite some time.
