Indore: The murder case of Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi took a dramatic turn after several arrests on Monday, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

Now several revelations are being made. One of them is an eyewitness said that Raj Kushwaha, one of the accused arrested for Raja's murder and alleged lover of Sonam Kushwaha, drove the car to take people to the victim's funeral.

The video of the funeral is also going viral on social media. A user shared the video and wrote on the X- When Raja Raghuvanshi's body was brought from Shillong, the alleged murderer Raj Kushwaha was present there that day. In this video, he (right) is seen supporting Sonam Raghuvanshi's father.

Postmortem Report

The postmortem report of Indore tourist Raja Raghuvanshi, who was killed in Meghalaya's East Khasi Hills district, was released on Monday. The report said that he was attacked twice on the head with a sharp weapon.

SP Vivek Sayam Statement

Superintendent of Police Vivek Sayam said that when Raghuvanshi's body was taken out of the ditch, two cut marks were found on his head. The postmortem was conducted at the Northeast Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS) in Shillong.

Accused Arrested

Sonam Raghuvanshi, accused of killing her husband Raja Raghuvanshi in Shillong, and three others have been arrested yesterday on Monday. But there is a fourth accused also who is still at large and police is frantically searcing for him.

Of the three accused, one was arrested from Uttar Pradesh and two others were apprehended from Indore in Madhya Pradesh, according to the police.

DGP Nongrang Statement

Meghalaya DGP Nongrang said that Sonam had allegedly hired the arrested accused to kill her husband.

"The operation is still continuing in Madhya Pradesh to catch some more persons involved in the crime," Nongrang added.

Sonam Raghuvanshi, was missing since her husband's murder in Shillong during their honeymoon trip. Raja Raghuvanshi, son of Indore-based transport businessman Devi Singh, was married to Sonam on May 11.

"The couple reached Shillong on May 20 for their honeymoon. The couple disappeared on May 23 during sightseeing," police said.

Raja's Body Found In Jungles

Police sources said that after a lot of searching, Raja's body was found in the jungles. While wife Sonam Raghuvanshi was missing. From the condition of the body and the place where it was found, it was speculated that he was murdered by Bangladeshis, police sources said.
