The Red Fort Metro Station will stay closed on Wednesday, November 12, following Monday’s blast near the monument. The DMRC said the closure is a security precaution, while nearby markets remain empty amid traffic curbs and business concerns.

Following the Delhi blast, UP Police have detained several people for questioning related to Dr. Shaheen, who was arrested yesterday by Kashmir Police in Faridabad. Weapons were seized from her car; she is linked to the Faridabad module.
In the Delhi blast case, another doctor, Dr. Sajjad Ahmad Malla, son of Nazir Ahmad Malla from Bandzoo, Pulwama (MBBS, MD), has been taken into custody.
CRPF IG Rajesh Agrawal reached the Red Fort blast site, stating that Delhi Police will share official details. He assured full CRPF support to the ongoing investigation.

After the Delhi blast, ATS and Jammu & Kashmir police are conducting a major raid in Lucknow targeting the Faridabad terror module. Operations are ongoing on IIM Road, Madiaon, with local police support. Shahin, girlfriend of Dr. Mujammil, was arrested in Faridabad yesterday.

The US Embassy in India has issued a security alert for its citizens following a blast near Delhi's historic Red Fort on Monday evening.
According to a notice on its official website, the embassy stated: "On November 10, 2025, a car exploded near the Lal Quila (Red Fort) metro station in central Delhi, with local media reporting multiple casualties. The cause of the explosion is currently unknown. The Government of India has put several states on high alert."
Authorities have heightened security at the Mata Vaishno Devi cave shrine, its base camp in Katra, and across Jammu city following the blast at Delhi’s Red Fort on Monday evening.
