Horrific road accident killed 20 in Telangana
Amaravati: At least 20 people were killed, 20 are undergoing treatment in hospital, and three were seriously injured in a tragic road accident in Rangareddy.

According to police, the accident occurred on sunday morning when the tipper truck, coming from the wrong direction, collided with the bus.
According to police, a tipper truck loaded with gravel collided head-on with a State Transport Corporation bus near Chevella.
The impact was so severe that the truck's cargo fell on the bus. With the help of local people, the injured were immediately rushed to the hospital. Police arrived at the scene and began relief and rescue operations.
Police stated that the primary cause of the accident appears to be the truck driver driving in the wrong direction. The driver is currently being identified, and a case has been registered and an investigation has been initiated.
Telangana CM Revanth Reddy Expresses Condolences
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy expressed deep grief over the road accident in Chevella Mandal, Rangareddy district. According to the Chief Minister's Office, the CM has directed officials to immediately reach the scene and initiate relief and rescue operations.
Revanth Reddy has ordered the Chief Secretary and Director General of Police to immediately bring all those injured in the bus accident to Hyderabad and arrange for their best possible treatment. He also directed that all information related to the accident be provided to him from time to time.
The Chief Minister has also asked the ministers present to immediately reach the site to monitor the relief operations.
Minister Ponnam Prabhakar Issues Instructions for Providing Best Treatment to the Injured
Telangana Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar expressed deep grief over the accident and said that this incident is extremely tragic. He spoke to RTC MD Nagi Reddy and Ranga Reddy District Collector over the phone and directed them to provide immediate high-level medical care to the injured. The minister directed officials to make all necessary arrangements and provide all possible assistance to the affected families.
KTR expressed condolences and consoled the families of the deceased.
Former Telangana minister and BRS working president KT Rama Rao also expressed deep grief over the accident. He said the tragedy in Chevella Mandal has shocked everyone. The news of 17 deaths and many injuries is extremely sad. KTR expressed condolences to the families of the deceased and urged the state government to provide immediate financial assistance to the affected families and the best medical care to the injured.
