Bihar Election 2025: Counting Begins on November 14 Under Tight Security, All Eyes on Who Forms the Next Government

Patna: The excitement of the 2025 Bihar Assembly Elections has now reached its final stage. Voting is complete, and all eyes are now on the counting of votes on November 14, 2025. The Election Commission has completed preparations for the counting of votes and has implemented strict security measures across the state. Counting Date and Time According to the Election Commission of India (ECI), vote counting will begin at 8:00 am on Friday, November 14. Initial trends will begin coming in at 8:30 am, and final results are expected by evening. Votes will be counted at 46 counting centers across 38 districts. Bihar Polls Phase 2: Voter turnout crosses 60% by 3 PM; Record in sight! Three-Tier Security System The Election Commission has implemented a three-layer security system at the counting centers. First Layer: Bihar Police personnel will be deployed. Second layer: State Armed Police (SAP) has been deployed. Third and innermost layer: Central paramilitary forces will be present.
