Patna: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and Mahagathbandhan newly announced Chief Ministerial candidate, Tejashwi Yadav lambasted at the state government on Friday and said that crime and corruption have increased in Bihar, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
Tejashwi said that the top five states that are ruled by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have the highest rates of crime. He vowed that if we were elected, we rid Bihar of corruption and crime.
While talking to reporters in Patna, the RJD leader said, "We don't make broken, fragmented or false promises. We will do what we say... If Tejashwi Yadav becomes the Chief Minister, the people of Bihar will also become the Chief Minister. We will make Bihar free from crime and corruption..."
Yadav said that the real "jungle raj" happens when no action is taken in the states where scams are happening.
