First Public Appearance of Pregnant Deepika Padukone
Mumbai: Actor Deepika Padukone made her first public appearance after announcing her second pregnancy, as she was seen at Mumbai airport alongside her husband Ranveer Singh. The couple kept the outing understated and avoided posing for photographers stationed outside the terminal.
The appearance drew attention as it marked Deepika’s first outing since the couple confirmed they are expecting their second child.
Deepika opted for a relaxed travel outfit, choosing an oversized cobalt blue co-ord set with a loose button-down shirt and matching trousers. She paired the look with bright yellow sneakers and a black handbag, keeping her style simple and practical. Her hair was tied back neatly, reflecting a low-key approach to the outing.
Ranveer Singh matched her casual tone in an oversized white T-shirt and baggy cargo denim trousers. He completed his look with a black crossbody bag and dark sunglasses.
As the couple arrived, Ranveer was seen stepping out first and assisting Deepika from the car. He stayed close to her throughout the walk into the airport, placing a guiding hand on her back as they moved inside. The interaction quickly drew attention from onlookers and photographers present at the location.
Earlier this month, the couple announced their second pregnancy through a joint Instagram post. The announcement featured a symbolic image showing their daughter holding a pregnancy test kit displaying two pink lines. The post was shared without a caption, using only emojis.
Deepika and Ranveer, who married in 2018 in Italy in both Konkani and Sindhi ceremonies, welcomed their first child, daughter Dua, in September 2024. The couple kept their child away from the public eye for several months before revealing her name during Diwali 2025.
On the professional front, Deepika is currently working on upcoming films including Raaka with Allu and king alongside Shah Rukh Khan.
Ranveer Singh, meanwhile, has been receiving praise for his performance in the spy thriller Dhurandhar, which reportedly achieved strong box office success. He is also set to appear in Pralay, directed by Jay Mehta.
