New Delhi: Dhurandhar: The Revenge has crossed the ₹1000 crore mark in India with a tremendous performance at the box office. It has become the first Hindi film to achieve this major feat. The total Indian net collection of the film has reached ₹1041 crore, while the worldwide gross is reported to be ₹1622 crore, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

Complete account of earnings

The film earned a whopping ₹690 crore in the first week itself. The film entered the ₹1000 crore club by adding ₹271 crore in the second week and ₹80 crore in the third weekend.

If we look at earnings according to language:

  • Hindi: ₹955 crore
  • Telugu: ₹40.37 crore
  • Tamil: ₹18.02 crore
  • Kannada: ₹2.88 crore
  • Malayalam: ₹1.68 crore

Great performance abroad too

The film is performing well not only in India but also abroad. It has grossed $25 million in North America and over €1 million in Germany.

Flurry of Records

The film has become the third Indian film to join the ₹1000 crore club.
Before this, only Pushpa 2: The Rule and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion could reach this milestone.

Star Cast and Direction

Ranveer Singh is in the lead role in the film. Apart from this, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt and Sara Arjun are also seen in important roles. This film is directed by Aditya Dhar and was released in theaters on March 19.
