‘Life is short’, Panchayat’s Damad Ji aka Asif Khan suffers Heart Attack

Actor Asif Khan, who is known for his role of Damadji in the web series ‘Panchayat’, recently suffered a heart attack.

New Delhi: Panchayat series actor Asif Khan had a heart attack two days ago. However he is recovering and safe now. The actor has shared an emotional note while sharing a picture, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

What Asif Khan Wrote In A Note

Asif Khan shared a note and wrote- 'Realising after watching this for the past 36 hours Life is short, dont take one day for granted, everything can change in a moment, be grateful for all you have and all that you are. Remember who is more important to you and always cherish them. Life is a gift and we are blessed."

Apart from this, Asif has shared another story and given information about his health. Sharing another note, he wrote, “Over the past few hours, I've been dealing with some health issues that required hospitalization. I'm grateful to share that I'm now on the road to recovery and feeling much better”.

Asif further wrote, “I truly appreciate all the love, concern, and well-wishes. Your support means the world to me. I'll be back very soon. Until then, thank you for keeping me in your thoughts."

Asif, who gained fame from the Panchayat series, has worked in many films and series. These include 'Toilet Ek Prem Katha', 'Pari', 'Pagglait', 'The Great Indian Family', 'Kakuda' and 'The Bhootni' released this year. Apart from this, he has also appeared in many web series apart from 'Panchayat'. These include shows like 'Mirzapur', 'Jamtara', 'Paatal Lok' and 'Dehati Ladke'.

Heart Attack 

Heart attack occurs when blood flow to the heart is suddenly blocked, usually by a blood clot, depriving the heart muscle of oxygen and causing it to die. Prompt treatment is essential to minimize damage and prevent death.

Chest Pain is the most common symptom, which can feel like pressure, squeezing, fullness, or pain in the center of the chest, lasting more than a few minutes or coming and going.

Pain or discomfort can radiate to one or both arms, back, neck, jaw, or stomach.

This can occur with or without chest discomfort.

These may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea, lightheadedness, or feeling faint.
