New Delhi: Prabhas's highly anticipated film "The Raja Saab" was released in theaters on January 9th. The film had a strong opening at the box office on its first day of release, but its earnings declined over the weekend due to a weak story and negative reviews. Despite this, the film has set several major records in just three days.

How much did it earn in three days?

According to box office reports, the film earned ₹9.15 crore from preview shows. The first day saw a strong collection of ₹53.75 crore. On the second day, earnings dropped to ₹26 crore, while on the third day, the film earned ₹19.1 crore. Thus, "The Raja Saab"'s total three-day earnings, including India and abroad, have reached approximately ₹108 crore.

The film's biggest achievement is that it has made Prabhas the first Indian actor to have six films gross over ₹100 crore worldwide on their first day of release. This list already includes-

"The Raja Saab" has become the first Indian film of 2026 to cross the ₹100 crore mark at the domestic and global box office. This achievement makes it one of the biggest opening films of the year.

Other Films' Records Broken

With a collection of ₹108 crore, the film surpassed the opening weekend collection of "Dhurandhar" (₹106 crore). Furthermore, it also broke the record held by War 2, which entered the ₹100 crore club in four days.
