Mumbai: Director Atlee’s upcoming big budget film Raaka is already creating huge buzz, bringing together stars like Deepika Padukone, Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna. The film reportedly made on a massive budget of around Rs 700 crore, this is one of the most ambitious Indian projects in recent times.
Massive Pay Packages Revealed
As excitement builds around the film the reports have surfaced about the actors’ fees. According to some reports the Allu Arjun is being paid around Rs 175 crore, making him the highest paid actor in the project. The report also claims that Deepika Padukone will earn around Rs 25 crore, while Rashmika Mandanna is expected to receive about Rs 5 crore for her role.
Allu Arjun’s Triple Role in the Film
Allu Arjun is said to have one of the most complex roles of his career. He will reportedly play three characters a cop, a half-human half-monster figure and a father. This multi-layered role is expected to be a major highlight of the film.
First Look of ‘Raaka’ Creates Buzz
On Allu Arjun’s 44th birthday the makers released the first poster of Raaka. The poster shows his face partly hidden under thick fur with sharp tusk-like features, giving a wild and powerful look. while Sharing the poster the team wrote, “AA22xA6 is now Raaka. Prepare yourself for a vision beyond limits.”
Big Star Cast and Production Scale
Apart from the lead actors the reports suggest that actresses Mrunal Thakur and Janhvi Kapoor may also play important roles in the film. The movie is being produced by Sun Pictures and is planned as a large-scale visual spectacle.
Shooting Schedule and Release Plans
The film team is expected to begin the next shooting schedule soon in Mumbai. Production will continue through the year and if everything goes as planned, filming could be completed by the end of 2026. With its massive budget, star-studded cast and high expectations, Raaka is already shaping up to be one of the most talked-about upcoming films in Indian cinema.
