Uttarkashi: Bollywood actress and daughter of Saif Ali Khan, Sara Ali Khan is on a tour of Uttarakhand. Here Sara did trekking in Dayara Bugyal and also spent time with women by staying at a homestay in Barsu village, reports Dynamite News correspondent.

She met the women in Barsu village and got information about the local culture and lifestyle. She said that she will give information about this beautiful place to her friends in Mumbai.

Tourism businessman Ravi Rawat said that Sara Ali Khan reached Barsu on May 18. After that, she did trekking to Dayara Bugyal and camped for three days in Palatuna and then returned to Sarai Homestay in Barsu.

In Barsu, Sara Ali Khan met Mahila Mangal Dal and women of the village.

During this, the women presented a traditional hat and scarf to the actress. She told about the local folk tradition, lifestyle and work in the village.

Sara Ali Khan Likes Barsu

Sara Ali Khan said that she liked Barsu and Dayara Bugyal very much and she would like to come here again. On returning to Mumbai, she will also inspire her friends to come here. She left for Rishikesh on Friday.

Every year, a large number of tourists reach to visit Dayara Bugyal (green grassland), a tourist place situated at an altitude of 11 thousand feet above sea level, but one has to walk 8 km from the road and climb steeply. Andhuri Utsav (Butter Festival) is celebrated here in the month of August.

During this time thousands of domestic and foreign tourists reach here. Villagers say that with the arrival of the film actress, more tourists will reach here. Due to which the youth here have hopes of getting more employment.

Sara Ali Khan said that she liked Barsu and Dayara Bugyal very much. The culture, tradition and lifestyle here fascinated her. She would like to come here again.
