The Delhi High Court today on Thursday rejected the petition of Jacqueline Fernandez, in which she had sought quashing of the FIR registered against her in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving alleged conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. Justice Anish Dayal dismissed Jacqueline's petition. The petition filed sought quashing of the second supplementary chargesheet of the Enforcement Directorate in the case and the proceedings pending in the lower court of Delhi.
