US President Donald Trump has claimed that the US military carried out a massive bombing raid on Iran's Kharg Island. According to Trump, all important military installations on the island were completely destroyed in the attack.
Trump made this claim in a post on the social media platform Truth Social. He stated that the attack was carried out on his instructions and described it as one of the most powerful bombing campaigns in the history of the Middle East.
According to Trump, the operation was carried out by the US military's United States Central Command. He stated that the operation targeted Iran's most important military installations located on Kharg Island.
He claimed that the US strikes were so precise and powerful that every military target on the island was completely destroyed. Trump also stated that Iran has no capability to withstand such attacks.

Trump stated that the US deliberately did not target the oil infrastructure on Kharg Island. He stated that American weapons are among the most powerful in the world and, if desired, could completely destroy even the oil infrastructure.
However, he also warned that if the movement of ships in the Strait of Hormuz is disrupted, the US may reconsider this decision.
Trump issued a stern warning to Iran, stating that if the free and safe movement of ships in the Strait of Hormuz is obstructed in any way, the US will not hesitate to take strong action.
He stated that the US has built its military so strong that no country in the world can compete with it.
Trump once again made it clear that the US will never allow Iran to acquire nuclear weapons. He stated that Iran will neither possess nuclear weapons nor be in a position to threaten the US or any other country in the world.
Trump also warned Iran's military and its allies to surrender. He said that if Iran tries to increase tension, America can take more stringent steps.
