New Delhi: Rajnath Singh delivered a strong message against terrorism at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization's Defense Ministers' Meeting. He said that "Operation Sindoor" has shown that terrorist strongholds are no longer safe, emphasizing that this operation has successfully targeted and dismantled key terrorist infrastructure in the region.

"Terrorism Has No Theology or Country"

The Defense Minister clearly stated that terrorism has no theology or nationality. Therefore, all countries should unite against it without any discrimination. He appealed to SCO countries to take strict action against countries that harbor or support terrorists. He said there should be no room for double standards.

Message of Operation Sindoor

Referring to Operation Sindoor, Rajnath Singh stated that India is now pursuing a "zero tolerance" policy against terrorism. This operation reflects India's strong resolve.

The Defense Minister said that the world needs peace, coexistence, and cooperation, not war. He described dialogue and diplomacy as the only solutions to problems.

SCO's Responsibility

He said that SCO has a responsibility to play a vital role in maintaining regional and global peace. The organization must work together against terrorism, separatism, and extremism.Citing Mahatma Gandhi's example, he said, "An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind." Therefore, power should not be used against the weak but to protect them.

Overall, India has made it clear on the SCO platform that there will be no leniency against terrorism. India is advocating a strong and balanced policy for global peace and cooperation.
