India will now take on Australia in a three-match ODI series at home from September 14. After this, the Women's ODI World Cup will be played in India and Sri Lanka from September 30 to November 2. Harmanpreet, who was chosen as the best player of the third match and the series, said, 'Every match and every situation is different. Today the circumstances were completely different, the pitch was also different, the atmosphere was also different, but the conditions will be different on the home ground.'
He said, 'Whenever you get a win, your mindset becomes positive. Such things keep you in a good position, but whenever you are playing the next match, you always have to start from the first ball and I think this series will definitely boost our morale. But when we return home, we will have to start afresh.'
The Indian captain attributed this victory to the hard work of the team. He said, 'Our team has been working hard for the last several years, the effect of which is now visible in the results. I am really very happy that our players are coming forward and fulfilling their responsibilities. They are coming forward with a positive mindset and are working hard on their fitness.'
