IRCTC Launches 10-Day Bharat Gaurav Tour (Img: Railways)
New Delhi: The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has launched a special Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train package for devotees and travellers planning a spiritual journey across Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. The 9 nights and 10 days tour will begin from Gorakhpur on August 17 and conclude on August 26.
The pilgrimage package will cover four prominent Jyotirlingas—Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar in Madhya Pradesh, and Nageshwar and Somnath in Gujarat. The itinerary also includes visits to Dwarkadhish Temple, Bet Dwarka, Signature Bridge and the Statue of Unity.

The tour has been designed to combine religious travel with sightseeing, allowing passengers to visit several major spiritual and cultural destinations in a single journey.
Passengers can board or deboard the Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train at Gorakhpur, Mankapur, Ayodhya Cantt, Sultanpur, Pratapgarh Junction, Prayagraj Sangam, Rae Bareli, Lucknow, Kanpur Central, Orai, Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi and Lalitpur.
IRCTC has offered three travel categories under the package. The fare is Rs 18,380 per person for Sleeper Class, Rs 29,570 for Third AC and Rs 38,870 for Second AC.

The package includes daily breakfast, vegetarian lunch and dinner, and local sightseeing through AC and non-AC buses. Passengers will also be able to use LTC benefits and EMI payment options, subject to applicable terms.
Interested travellers can book the package through the IRCTC office in Lucknow or the official IRCTC Tourism website. The Bharat Gaurav initiative aims to make pilgrimage travel more convenient by combining train travel, meals and local transportation in one organised package.
