The deceased have been identified as Piyush Kumar, Tej Kumar and Prince Kumar. The incident has left the local community in shock and mourning.

Children Entered Deep Waters

According to local residents, the children had gone to the river along with several others for a morning bath. During the outing, the boys reportedly moved into a deeper section of the river and began struggling in the strong current.

Other children present at the ghat immediately raised an alarm, prompting nearby villagers to rush to the scene. Several residents entered the river in an effort to rescue the boys.

Rescue Efforts Failed To Save Lives

Locals managed to pull the children out of the water and rushed them to a nearby hospital. Witnesses said the boys showed signs of life when they were brought ashore, but their condition deteriorated rapidly.
