CJP Expands Team Ahead Of Big Delhi March
New Delhi: The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) on Tuesday announced a major expansion of its organisational structure as it continues its nationwide “School Thik Karo” campaign and prepares for its upcoming peaceful march in New Delhi.
The newly announced team includes national spokespersons, organisation joint secretaries and regional coordination committees covering the North, East and West zones, signalling the group’s effort to strengthen its presence and improve coordination across different parts of the country.
The CJP announced the appointments on Tuesday evening, stating that the new organisational structure is aimed at building a more active and wider network as the movement moves ahead with its campaigns and public outreach programmes.
As part of the latest expansion, the CJP appointed Rekha Sharma, Akshay Shinde, Prem Akash, Anam Uzzama and Balakrishna Shukla as Organisation Joint Secretaries. The party also named Sudhir Sangwan and Siddanth Bharadwaj as National Spokespersons who will be responsible for communicating the organisation’s views, highlighting its campaigns and engaging with media platforms.
Along with these appointments, the CJP announced 45 members for its North, West and East Zone Coordination Committees. The regional committees are expected to play a key role in improving ground-level coordination, expanding volunteer networks and ensuring better implementation of the organisation’s campaigns across different states.
The organisational announcement comes at a time when the CJP is continuing its nationwide “School Thik Karo” campaign, focusing on issues related to the education system. The group has been raising concerns over government commitments and demanding action on issues highlighted during its earlier movements.
The party has also announced plans for a peaceful march in New Delhi next month, claiming that the government has not fully implemented commitments made on July 25. The upcoming protest is expected to bring together members, supporters and campaigners associated with the movement.
Earlier this month, the CJP had announced its 14-member National Working Committee as part of its efforts to establish a formal organisational framework. Abhishek Dipke was appointed as the National Convenor, while Saurav Das and Ashutosh Rana were named Co-Convenors. Aafreen Nawaz was appointed as the National Secretary, completing the key leadership structure of the organisation.
The latest appointments are an extension of that organisational exercise, with the focus now shifting towards strengthening communication teams and regional coordination mechanisms.
The CJP’s latest organisational changes indicate an attempt to expand its reach beyond its existing network and create a structured framework for future campaigns. The appointment of spokespersons and regional committees is expected to help the organisation maintain regular public engagement, coordinate activities at the state level and increase participation in its initiatives. The organisation, through its social media announcement, said that the new teams would work towards creating a stronger and more active presence across the country.
With the announcement of its expanded team, the CJP is expected to intensify preparations for its upcoming New Delhi march and continue its education-focused campaign.
