Age Limit

The age of the candidate for this recruitment will be calculated as of 1 June 2025. The minimum age of the candidate to apply has been fixed at 18 years and the maximum age at 33 years. However, candidates of reserved categories will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per government rules.

Details of posts

Under this recruitment drive, eligible candidates will be appointed to a total of 257 posts of Clerk (Customer Service Executive/Assistant) in Bihar State Co-operative Bank (BSCB).

Educational Qualification

To apply, candidates must have a graduation degree from any recognized university. Also, the candidate should also have a Basic Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) and computer knowledge.

Exam Fee

To participate in this recruitment process, candidates of the General and OBC categories will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 1000. At the same time, fee concession has been given for SC, ST, and PWD (Divyang) category candidates, and they will have to pay only Rs 800.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be done in two stages:

• Preliminary Examination (Prelims): The preliminary examination will have a total of 100 questions, which will be based on three subjects like English language, logical ability, and mathematical aptitude. The duration of the exam will be 60 minutes.

• Mains: A total of 200 questions will be asked in the main exam, which will be based on five subjects (logical ability, computer knowledge, general knowledge, mathematical aptitude, and language). The duration of the main exam will be 120 minutes.

All questions will be multiple choice, and negative marking of 0.25 marks will be applicable on wrong answers. Candidates can choose either English or Hindi in the language section.
