New Delhi: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has brought a great opportunity for engineering graduates. In such a situation, if you have completed engineering and are looking for a government job, then this is a golden opportunity for you. DDA has released a notification for recruitment to various posts including Junior Engineer (JE).
According to the Dynamite News correspondent, a total of 1383 vacancies will be filled in civil, mechanical and electrical engineering fields under this recruitment drive. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of DDA dda.gov.in.
Who can apply?
For this recruitment drive, candidates must have a BE (Bachelor of Engineering) or BTech (Bachelor of Technology) degree in the relevant field. That is, candidates holding degrees in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering are eligible for this recruitment. Apart from this, candidates must ensure that their degree is obtained from a recognized university or institute.
Age Limit
The age of the candidates applying should be between 18 to 27 years. However, age relaxation will be provided to candidates from reserved categories like SC, ST, OBC and other categories as per government rules. To avail this relaxation, candidates have to submit their certificates at the time of application.
Selection Process
The selection process in this DDA recruitment will be completed in three stages-
Computer Based Test (CBT): In this test, candidates will be asked questions from general knowledge, technical subjects, reasoning and other related areas.
Skill Test: Skill test will be conducted for some special posts, which will check the practical and technical efficiency of the candidates.
Document Verification: In the last stage, all the educational and other certificates of the selected candidates will be checked.
Salary
The selected candidates will be appointed under Pay Level 6, in which the monthly salary will be Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400. Apart from this, they will also be provided Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Travel Allowance (TA) and other benefits as per government rules.
