New Delhi: A devastating fire at the Flourish Stay Hotel in Malviya Nagar, Delhi, claimed the lives of 21 people, most of whom were foreign nationals. Initial reports indicate that the blaze began in the hotel’s restaurant and quickly spread to the upper floors and basement, leaving little time for evacuation.

Unfortunately, such fire tragedies are not uncommon, particularly during the summer, when incidents caused by exploding air conditioners and electrical faults rise sharply.
