LNJP Hospital releases partial list of blast victims
New Delhi: The death toll in the blast near Red Fort here in Delhi has risen to 13. The blast occurred inside a moving car outside Gate No. 1 of the Red Fort Metro Station on Monday evening, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
A joint investigation is going on but so far there has been no official confirmation on the cause of the explosion. In the meantime A high alert has been sounded across Delhi and several other cities, including Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bengaluru.

While the investigation, sources said that 13 were killed in the fatal tragedy. Besides about 20 were left injured. All the victims were taken to the LNJP Hospital.

After the Delhi blast, Home Minister Amit Shah convenes a high-level meeting at his residence. The meeting is attended by Home Secretary Govind Mohan, IB Director Tapan Deka, Delhi Police Commissioner Satish Golcha, and NIA DG. The J&K DGP joins via video conference. Officials brief the Home Minister on the investigation’s progress and possible links related to the blast.
