New Delhi: Delhi residents are likely to experience extremely hot weather conditions this week as temperatures continue to rise across the national capital. According to the latest weather forecast, the minimum temperature on Monday is expected to remain around 36 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature could soar to 45 degrees Celsius.

Weather experts indicate that the city may remain under intense heat stress throughout the day, with warm conditions persisting even during nighttime hours. Wind speeds are expected to stay around 6.65 kmph, while gusty winds could reach nearly 13 kmph. The wind direction is predicted to remain close to 265 degrees, contributing to dry and hot conditions across the region.

Sunrise and Sunset Timings

The sun is expected to rise at 5:25 AM on Monday, while sunset is likely around 7:10 PM, resulting in long hours of daytime heat exposure for residents.

Seven-Day Forecast Signals More Extreme Heat

The week ahead may bring even harsher temperatures to Delhi. The forecast suggests that the mercury could touch 46 degrees Celsius on Tuesday and rise further to 47 degrees Celsius on both Wednesday and Thursday. Slight relief is expected toward the weekend, with temperatures likely to dip to 45 degrees Celsius on Friday and 44 degrees Celsius on Saturday. By Sunday, the maximum temperature may fall to around 36 degrees Celsius.
