New Delhi: The month of November is almost over. Following snowfall in the hilly states, winter has begun to spread across North India. Meanwhile, a cyclonic storm is developing in the Bay of Bengal. The weather in the Andaman Sea could change suddenly within the next 24 hours.

According to the Meteorological Department, a low-pressure area is expected to form in the Bay of Bengal today. This is expected to bring heavy to very heavy rainfall to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands from November 25-29. Heavy rainfall is also forecast for Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Mahe from November 25-27.

The IMD has also predicted heavy rainfall in the coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Puducherry until November 30. Due to this, the sea will remain rough, prompting fishermen and tourists to stay away from coastal areas.

Temperatures will fall in hilly states
Temperatures are rapidly dropping in most states in North India. Mercury is already breaking records in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. The Meteorological Department has predicted a rapid drop in temperatures in Srinagar, Nainital, Dehradun, and Manali and Shimla today.

Breathing Problems Continue in Delhi
Pollution is increasing with falling temperatures in Delhi. The weather in the capital is also expected to change soon, bringing a severe cold wave to Delhi and surrounding areas. Meanwhile, the Air Quality Index (AQI) in Delhi NCR has crossed 450, making breathing increasingly difficult.

How will the weather be in Uttar Pradesh?
Temperatures have dropped below normal in most parts of Uttar Pradesh. This list includes Kanpur, Etawah, Barabanki, Meerut, Bareilly, Moradabad, and Muzaffarnagar. According to the IMD, temperatures could drop below 10 degrees Celsius by next week.

Cold winds will increase the chill in Bihar
With the increasing cold, many parts of Bihar are becoming engulfed in fog. Mornings are beginning to be foggy in many districts, including Patna. According to the IMD, due to northwesterly winds, the minimum temperature in most districts may drop to 2-4 degrees Celsius. Several districts in West Bengal bordering Bihar are also experiencing increased chill.

Cold will also affect Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh
Cold is also being felt in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. The IMD says that the minimum temperature in Jaipur and Bhopal is expected to be 15 degrees Celsius.
