Gauhati HC denies anticipatory bail to Pawan Khera
Gauhati: The Gauhati High Court has refused to grant anticipatory bail to Congress leader Pawan Khera in connection with an FIR filed by Riniki Bhuyan Sharma, the wife of Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
The case relates to allegations concerning her alleged possession of multiple passports.
