The government has established specific categories and conditions for this scheme. This offer will primarily benefit investors who can generate large-scale employment. According to the rules, if a company invests ₹100 crore and employs at least 1,000 people, it will receive 10 acres of land for just ₹1. Investing ₹1,000 crore will receive 25 acres of land. The rules are even more relaxed for Fortune 500 companies.

Not only affordable land, the government has also provided a full range of financial assistance for investors. Interest subsidies of up to ₹40 crore can be availed. Additionally, there is an option for 100% SGST refund or reimbursement of up to 300% of the project cost, and a 30% capital subsidy. This benefit will be available for a full 14 years. Investors can choose any of these options based on their business needs.
Investors do not need to visit government offices to apply. The entire process has been made online. Registration is required by visiting the BIADA portal at https://biada1.bihar.gov.in/. Registration will require entering name, address, and other necessary information. An email ID will become a user ID, and after setting a password, the application form can be filled.
