The arrested accused include Geeta Gaur (38 years), Neha Pandey (19 years), and Pramod Kumar Dhobi, who are residents of Campierganj area of ​​Gorakhpur district of Uttar Pradesh. The fourth accused Nirmala Lodh is a resident of Rupandehi district of Nepal.

Police claim that this gang used to take Nepali girls to India by deceiving them and push them into illegal businesses.

Nepal Police took immediate action in this case and detained all four and started interrogation. DSP Suraj Karki of Rupandehi district said that a thorough investigation is being conducted to find out how far this smuggling network is connected.
