IndiGo flights cancellations continue
New Delhi: Saturday is going to be another day of trouble for IndiGo passengers as several flights are being cancelled including several flights at Thiruvananthapuram and Ahmedabad airports
today also. IndiGo has cancelled more than 1,000 flights on Friday.
The IndiGo airline had earlier issued a statement saying that it would take at least two to three days for the situation to normalize. On Saturday, several flights were cancelled at Thiruvananthapuram and Ahmedabad airports.
As a result, thousands of passengers are stranded at airports across the country. Many of them are rushing to nearby railway stations to catch trains to their destinations.
Due to the large cancellation of flights by IndiGo, the fares of other airlines have gone up.
