J&K: One soldier martyred, two injured in landmine explosion near LoC in Poonch

Poonch: A landmine explosion took place near the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday, in which an Agniveer of the Indian Army was martyred while two other soldiers were injured. This incident took place during patrolling in the general area of ​​Krishna Valley. Security forces said that this major accident happened due to sudden mine (minestrip) explosion.

Condition of martyred soldier and injured

The name of the soldier martyred in the incident is said to be Lalit Kumar, who was in 7 Jat Regiment. Apart from this, two soldiers have been seriously injured, one of whom is also a Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO). The injured soldiers have been immediately admitted to the military hospital where their treatment is going on. According to doctors, the condition of the injured remains stable.
