In the morning, peel them and grind them finely with milk. This will create a smooth texture for the halwa. Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan. Add the almond paste and fry over low heat. Stir constantly to prevent the paste from sticking to the bottom. Within a short time, the halwa will begin to smell fragrant and turn golden. Add the remaining milk and mix well.
