Operation Sindoor Anniversary
New Delhi: On the first anniversary of Operation Sindoor, Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid tribute to the Indian Armed Forces and reaffirmed India’s firm stance against terrorism. Sharing his message on social media platform X, the Prime Minister highlighted the courage and precision displayed by the armed forces during the operation.
Army’s Valor on Display
PM Modi recalled that exactly one year ago, during Operation Sindoor, the Indian Army carried out a mission with exceptional bravery, strategic planning, and unwavering determination. The operation targeted terrorist forces attempting to harm innocent civilians in Pahalgam. “The nation salutes the courage and dedication of our soldiers,” he said.
BJP Leaders Show Solidarity
Several senior BJP leaders, including Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Home Minister Amit Shah, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, and BJP President Nitin Nabin, marked the occasion by updating their social media profile pictures with images related to the operation, joining the Prime Minister in honoring the armed forces.
Zero Tolerance for Terrorism
PM Modi emphasized that Operation Sindoor sent a clear message: India will not compromise on national security. He stated that India’s policy against terrorism has become even stricter, with networks that promote terrorism and their support systems under constant surveillance.
Showcasing India’s Military Strength
Highlighting the coordination between the Army, Air Force, and Navy, the Prime Minister described the operation as a demonstration of India’s modern military capabilities and rapid response potential.
Political analysts interpret PM Modi’s remarks as a strong signal to Pakistan and other entities that support terrorism, underlining India’s resolve to take decisive action against forces that nurture and harbor terrorist activities.
