Jaisalmer: The bodies of two Pakistani nationals, mainly a boy, 17 years old, and a girl, 15 years old, had been found near the Indo-Pak border, reports Dynamite News correspondent. It is being reported that they might have died of hunger and dehydration, but a distinctive cause will be discovered after thorough investigation and postmortem.

The bodies were discovered about 12 km inside Indian territory in the Sadhewala area of Rajasthan’s Jaisalmer district on Saturday evening. The bodies appear to be four or five days old, as they have blackened and dried due to exposure. According to the police, a local native found the dead body of a young girl and informed the Tanot police about this.

After this, the police alerted the BSF, and it has started investigating the area. The deceased have been identified as Ravi Kumar, 18, and Shanti, 15, based on the documents found on them.

A phone with a Pakistan SIM card was also discovered. Police have said that they are investigating from all possible angles. Not only this, but BSF and other relevant agencies are also working in constant coordination to ensure a thorough investigation.

It remains unclear whether the duo had recently crossed into India from Pakistan or had been in Indian territory for some time. As soon as this news broke out on social media, netizens started giving their opinions.

While some are saying that after seeing the national identities, it seems that they both were Pakistani Hindus who had crossed the border and entered illegally into India after getting pestered by the atrocities of Pakistan. While some others are arguing about how these individuals entered India illegally and were not detected until their bodies were found and no trace of entry was found.

However the probe is underway and nothing can be said as off now. Stay tuned to Dynamite News for further updates.
