

FIR lodged against Rahul Gandhi & 20 Congress leaders for organizing event without permission at Ambedkar Hostel.

Darbhanga: An FIR has been lodged against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi at Laheriyasarai police station on the application of District Welfare Officer Alok Kumar in the Darbhanga district of Bihar, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
Apart from Rahul Gandhi, a case has also been registered against twenty more people. Police have registered a case against these people for violating Sections 163 and 144 of the BNS.
The district welfare officer has alleged that no permission was given for the program organized at the Ambedkar hostel, yet the program was organized there.
Apart from Rahul Gandhi, many big leaders of Congress have been named in the FIR, including former Legislative Councilor Dr. Madan Mohan Jha, Jamal Hasan, former District President Sitaram Chaudhary, MLA Shakeel Ahmed Khan, and State President Rajesh Ram.
Apart from this, an FIR has also been registered against dozens of unknown people. The incident took place at the Ambedkar hostel located in Madarpur of Laheriyasarai police station area, where an education dialogue program was organized by the Congress, in which Rahul Gandhi also participated.
The district administration says that this event was held without any permission. The administration had already canceled the program at Ambedkar Hostel and allowed the event to be held in the town hall.
But, after Rahul Gandhi reached Darbhanga, a series of incidents started, and Rahul Gandhi addressed the Shiksha Samvad program in the Ambedkar hostel premises while walking.
Speaking to reporters on this matter, Sadar SDO Vikas Kumar and Sadar DSP Amit Kumar said that organizing the program in Ambedkar Hostel without permission is a violation of Section 163 of the Indian Penal Code. Due to this, action is being taken against them.
The district administration says that despite canceling the permission for the program, the organizers ignored the rules, which violated the law.
This whole matter has become a cause of great tension between the administration and the Congress, and now it remains to be seen what further action the police take in this matter.
