Jhalawar: Three people, including a couple, died in a tragic accident in Jhalawar district of Rajasthan when an unknown vehicle collided with their motorcycle, police said.

Police said that Dhanraj Bheel (22), his wife Khushboo Bheel, and another individual, Sumit Bheel (13), all residents of Baran district's Babad village, were returning from a temple visit in Hoda village on Tuesday night.

Near Parvan Nadi Pulia, an unknown vehicle hit their motorcycle in the Aklera police station area.

SHO Bhupendra Sharma rushed to the scene upon receiving the information and had the trio shifted to the hospital, where doctors declared them dead.

The bodies have been kept in the hospital mortuary, and the family has been informed.

The police are investigating the case.
